Orange County Aesthetic Surgeon
Dr. Jason Toranto is an accomplished aesthetic surgeon who specializes in face and neck lifts, rhinoplasty, and eyelid surgery. He was fortunate to come from a family of surgeons and knew, even as a child, that this would be his life’s work. Everyone who meets Dr. Toranto can’t help but be struck with his passion and dedication to helping his patients look and feel more beautiful. As he says, “Having patients smile when they see their transformation is all the thanks I need.”
“I strive for natural, elegant results that are never obvious.”
Dr. Toranto’s ideal is to get as close to symmetry as possible, allowing for just the slightest imperfection, just as it exists in nature. His surgical results are all but undetectable –patients simply look younger, fresher and like a better version of themselves. He says, “I partner with my patients – with honesty, compassion, time, and information. Working together assures the very best outcome.”
“I write out every step of the operation. I have done the procedure in my mind before I step into the operating room. ”
Dr. Toranto uses only the best time-tested techniques and equipment. He mentally prepares himself for each surgery and says, “It takes a lot of pre-planning and attention to detail. And it requires a lot of interaction with the patient. Often, I wake in the morning thinking of a particular patient and how best to meet this challenge or that.”
“Solving challenging pediatric craniofacial surgery cases has been great training, giving me a unique ability to rejuvenate the face.”
In addition to his aesthetic practice, Dr. Toranto works with children who require craniofacial surgery. These sorts of procedures are some of the most delicate and require a level of skill well beyond the aesthetic realm. He has participated in a mission with “Operation Smile,” an organization of surgeons who help people around the world who suffer with a variety of physical challenges and disfigurements.
“My staff and I believe in and give Nordstrom-level customer service.”
“Today’s patients expect and deserve to feel comfortable, to have all their requests fulfilled, and to know that everyone involved is committed to their safety and happiness. I want to be known as a doctor with the human touch. My grandfather and father taught me how important this is.”
“I welcome patients from other states and countries. Not just speaking Spanish, but also understanding the Latin culture allows me to help guide a patient in their own comfort zone so that there are no barriers to care.”

“Family means the world to me. I’m the proud uncle of four.”
Dr. Toranto lives in Irvine and spends his personal time with family and friends, and enjoys fishing, cooking, and traveling the world. He calls himself a “lucky guy” who gets to live life passionately.
